Our restaurant is a family business founded more than 50 years ago by Segundo Giménez Peña, dubtlessly, the soul of Eiffel, but the whole family had always been a part of it. For over 35 years our restaurant moved to the street Seseña 18, Aluche. Our founder is no longer with us, but as we said at the beginning, will remain the Eiffel soul. Actually, Carmen Hidalgo (his widow) owns the business and is leading the kitchen, with her daughter Ana and his sons Michael and Mayte attend the costumers.

Therefore the behavior with our customers is special, because Eiffel haven't customers ... have friends.
